Questions
How much is a .ng domain?
On its own: .com.ng ₦7,500 a year and .ng ₦16,000 a year at domain.onebit.ng. With Office, Starter includes a .com.ng and Business and Firm include a .ng, renewed with your plan.
I already have a domain. Can I use it?
Yes, if it was bought at domain.onebit.ng: add Office to it from the same login. A domain held somewhere else can be moved in; Office tells you the transfer code to ask for.
Will my emails land in spam?
Office sets SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain before your first email goes out.
Can I keep using the Gmail app or iPhone Mail?
Yes. Every address works over IMAP and SMTP. Scan the setup QR and the address appears in the mail app already on the phone.
What happens if I stop paying?
Email and website stop at the end of the paid month. The domain stays yours until its own expiry date, and you can renew it alone.
Is there a phone app?
Office works in the browser on any phone today. The phone app is being built.
